My comment related to the Downloads link on your website.  Yesterday, when I made my post, the GS-911 Diagnostics Installer link pointed to v2411.1.  Today it pointed to 2501.4.  I waited until the new installer showed up on your website before I updated my device on the web.

Hello Group. I've noticed that when I changed my stock tires for a street knobby tire that the tire pressure is about 10 PSI different between what the tire reads and what shows on my TFT. Is there any setting in the GS911 to adjust for this change?

Unfortunately, the download link is still v2411.1.

Hi Karl, How are you accessing your HEX GS-911 solfware update?

If you plug your HEX GS-911 into your computer/laptop and run the GS-911 Configuration Utility application, it should inform you that an update is available.
From this prompt, you can click on the Upgrade button and the update commenses. It will likely take a few minutes to complete.

If you are still not able to access the update, please feel free to contact the Support Team on support@hexinnovate.com. They will be able to help you.

The autoscan can be run and saved as explained below:

Then, all your images can be included with the autoscan, and sent to support@hexinnovate.com, it will log a ticket and we can continue the discussion on there.

Also, please clarify whether the alarm is actually arming or not?

Can you please copy paste a full text autoscan in a response here or forward a full autoscan to our helpdesk - support@hexinnovate.com

We'll need to see whether the retrofit went through in the vehicle order of the bike.

Then, how did you configure it? Does it auto arm? On the older bikes there isn't configuration options in the TFT display, so everything has to be done with the GS-911.

I’ve no idea how to get the information off the 911
I’ve taken loads of pictures of the information from my 911

Hi, there hasn't been any official announcement regarding support or plans for the new BMW F-series bikes yet. This uncertainty also applies to the GS-911, as updates are typically released alongside manufacturer developments.

I remembered reading in some GS911 document that it would be possible to disable the sidestand sensor.
