ERROR: Attempting to connect to this Controller timed out... Please Help

I am having issues connecting with bikes that have after market lights and add ons but when I try it with stock bikes (w/o add ons) it works fine.  Prior to updating the software to V2203 I didn't have this issue. Please advise. I get this error message below:

ERROR: Attempting to connect to this Controller timed out:

Possible Reasons:
- Kill switch not on Run
- Module not fitted
- Signal Problem or faulty wiring

I have a pro version if that helps.

which colour device do you have ?  red ones are not on V2203 ?   that's not up to date - if legit contact support ?

Mine is the "Red one" so I guess it's not on V2203.
