This is probably not as good as Beckys advice but here is the code's info

Fault Code Description
The digital engine electronics detects an implausible value from coolant temperature sensor.
The coolant temperature is changing at an impossibly fast speed.
Check wiring, wiring harness and plug connector to the coolant temperature sensor.
Check wiring harness plug connector to DME
Check coolant temperature sensor.
Fault Impact
Possible rough engine running, lack of power and difficulty starting.
The engine fan is running on a permanent basis.

Does the dash temperature read out remain plausible?
If you don't have any symptoms like rough running, fan on, I would just clear it and see if it comes back
