I had the same service warning on my 2019 S1000XR. I ordered the GS-911 and got it yesterday. I don't have it in front of me but when connected, but once you choose the model of the bike you have it should be under "Special Functions"

I don't see "Special Functions" anywhere.  Can you help me locate it?

I'm not sure what bike you have Walter as you don't say but after selecting your model go to Controllers and select the Instrument Cluster controller (Kombi) then select Service Functions and it should be under Offline Service Functions.
You may also find it under the list of controllers in a section called Service Reminder/Vehicle Functions and then select Offline Service Functions.
At least this is where it is on a 2018 R1200 GS.

Hi Jim,

I found it, finally.  I wasn't looking in the right area.  Thank you for the reply.

Best,
Walter
