No BMSK X Configuration

Hi all,

I just found out that i can't Configure the instrument cluster anymore.
I tried by Phone app, Intrument cluster, configuration. But it ends up in the cluster selftest.
And the other options like cluster selftest button puts me in Time and Date setting.
I tried all options but none goes in the Configuration for the intrument cluster to config the turn signals or 299 unlock.

I then tried by laptop but i only get the service functions and Cluster selftest.

Anybody else experiencing these issues ?

App and tool firmware and software are up to date.

We found the root of this issue on our server side, which we have since corrected. Please attempt again and let us know if you have any troubles.

I have'nt had the chance to test it yet.
But i'm sure the problem is solved if it's fixed

I recently serviced a 2015 RR and the option was working again ! Great work Guys.

But i now lost the option to configure the indicators from normal to led and lost the timing / distance auto off for the indicators.

We'll have a look through the details on the bike and confirm whether this functionality is supported on that model.
