The GS-911wifi can detect TPMS. Ideally you need a wakeup tool, but its possible to wake the sensors. The full procedure is documented here:

While the data on the screenshots is still relevant, we will update the procedure on the website to the latest version. Did you manage to get the TPMS id's from your wheels?

If you do not have access to any wakeup tools, you can use the ALERT method as a last resort, also detailed on the RDC procedure page (Option 3). This should wake the sensor up and the GS-911wifi should then be able to read the sensor ID's.

Hi,
did not work out tried 3 times.
1. i tried removing air from 1 tire at a time did not work and also went on a short ride again.
dash lights did not come up but still    --    -- sign is there.
2. removed air from both the tire at same time went on short ride.
dash lights have not come up but still -- -- is there.
3. without removing air from tires tried to relearn the sensors it took more then 10 minutes but no error sign nor message.
drove the bike for more 10 kilometers at a speed between 30 km and 35 km with no stop.
still on dash no lights have come up and the sign is -- --.
pls assit used the 3 pro...

As the sensors are still active for a while before going to sleep, your first thought would be to take the bike for a short ride, thus waking the sensors and allowing you to learn a sensor.. This however is NOT THE RIGHT WAY!!  This will wake both sensors and when you instruct your RDC unit to learn a specific position, e.g. front wheel, Set A, the control unit will be receiving signals from both active TPM sensors and might not learn the right one, or any for that matter...

THE CORRECT ALTERNATIVE, also known as the "ALERT method" is to let the air out of the wheel rapidly (we simply depress the valve for around 10 seconds)... this rapid fall in pressure wakes the sensor and places it in an Alert mode, where it starts sending its data (which obviously includes its Sensor ID!).

Thus, to summarize, if you do not have a RDC wake-up tool, either enter the new Sensor ID manually in the Advance section (this of course assumes you noted the Sensor ID before refitting the wheel ;-) ), or when the GS-911 application asks you to use the wake-up tool, simply depress the valve of the tire that you want to wake for around 10 seconds, which will in turn wake the sensor in an Alert mode where it then sends its Sensor ID and pressure information....

Your attachment is a little too small to read anything significant.  Post a larger image and I may be able to assist.

No.

What you can try is the following:

Open the wifi utility, select your bike and go to Tyre Pressure TPM
Select "Service functions"
Select "XRDC Fuctions"
Select "Input Sensor ID"
The system will then read the current programmed IDs and the display them as in the screenshot below.
