You are going to have to give way more information than that for anyone to help you. What is the error? Please be as specific as you can and include auto scan if applicable.

Have you tried doing an Autoscan without selecting a particular model?

Judging from your autoscan you have a XBMSMP1 engine controller which is not yet officially supported by the GS-911. We are currently working on supporting the engine controller, but no release date has been set yet.

You say you are trying to wake up your TPMS (tire pressure monitoring sensors otherwise known as RDC), why do you need to do this?
Are one or both not working when you are riding?
This bike is less than a year old if you are having trouble with them then you should probably try to have it addressed under warranty.

The readout does not occur until you reach a speed of 30 kph. Read your owners manual (page 115 I think) for a full explanation of how it works.

A good start for that to happen would probably be for you to read this.

If you want to seek assistance here in the forum you need to explain what you have, what you've done, and what it is that you have problems with. If you do, please start a new thread with an appropriate topic instead of hi-jacking this one.

Happy to do so and I appreciate the fact you have those rules. I simply would like to know when I will be able to use all of the features of your product on my 2017 BMW R 1200 GS exclusive. The US retailer is unable to tell me. The problem was well defined in this thread.  Thus I entered my request here. Is there an anticipated release date for software that resolves the issue and if so when is that date?  If the date is unknown knowing that would be appreciated.  Thank you.

I'm not with Hexcode, I'm just another customer but an answer was given in this thread only 5 days ago:
...We are currently working on supporting the engine controller, but no release date has been set yet.
Also check this out.
