ESA calibration

Hi, returning member (under different name) here.
I own the GS911 for couple of years, but only now I found out that (beta?) versions 1305 and 1306 had a function for ESA calibration. I am now updated to beta version 1404 and regular version 1303. Neither of the two has the ESA and fuel strip calibrations under the functions menu. Actually, there is a Special Functions menu, no Functions menu.  Was this functionality dropped from the later versions? Can I still download somewhere the beta 1306?

I'm afraid you are looking in the "wrong" section(s).
It is Vehicle Electronics where these reside.

Fuel Strip calibration is available on the beta 1404;
Central Vehicle Electronics -> Fuel Strip Calibration

ESA calibration is available on the beta 1404;
Central Vehicle Electronics -> ESA Calibration

You are absolutely right - my oversight. Which brings me now to the second issue.
Tried to calibrate the ESA suspension, the rear calibration was successfull, front failed. Even prior to calibration it says:
Front position sensor 0
Front sensor maximum 0
When trying to calibrate it gives me a message:
"Negative response received from controller, conditions not correct, incorrect sequence of commands."
Should I for starters try to check connector? Where does the front ESA shock connects to wiring? The autoscan returned no fault codes prior and after the attempted calibration.

The front shock of the 1200RT does not have the ESA-adjuster.
Only the 1200GS has (also) the ESA-adjuster installed.

It is absolutely normal you get this error-message on the front shock of the 1200RT, it does not exist indeed.

Hmm, but there is a shock with a wire connected to it... So how should I understand it, the front is not adjustable at all for preload and damping or is it just not capable of "calibration"?

The front shock of the 1200RT does not have the ESA-adjuster.
Only the 1200GS has (also) the ESA-adjuster installed.

It is absolutely normal you get this error-message on the front shock of the 1200RT, it does not exist indeed.

Which is also why the hall sensor positions are all 0, the sensor does not exist either.

Only the damping, the small needle inside which controls the flowspeed of the fluid in and out of the small chamber, exists on the front shock. Which is the wire you do see.

Pre-load is the larger steppermotor which compresses the spring.
And on the 1200RT that only exists on the rear shock. (shock)
