Front fork oil

Hi, any answers please, I am changing the front fork oil and seals on my R1150 GSAdventure and would like to know what replacement oil to put back, as manual says use BMW oil which is not here to buy, so what weight oil to use please, some say 5W, 7W, 10W to 15W or transmission fluid. Grateful for any relpies. Many thanks Ken Hunt.

It says the BMW fork oil is SAE10.
