I just get the GS 911

Just receive the unit and when I want to check a bike a little screen open and say me

Failed to read controller info : No response from controller check that the :

Ignition is on    => yes
Kill switch is on run position    => yes
Neutral is selected     => yes
Immobilizer is deactived (if fitted)    => n/a on theses bikes

I have two bikes and it's the same on both, GS 1150 2002 and RT 1150 2004

Can I make any thing to resolve that

Exactly when do you get this error?

It seems strange since you are able to get the AutoScan of both bikes which means that communications is OK.
Does the RT have ABS?

Communication is ok but with restriction to ABS
No the RT don't have ABS
