Where did the "View Log History" button go?
« on: March 04, 2021, 01:02:28 AM »
I used to be able to connect to my GS911 using the GS-911 wifi utility on my PC and download the log files.  With the new version when I open the browser for the selected device there is no option to "View Log History"

I also downloaded the PC version - still no luck?
The device is working just fine I just did a service and reset the service counter, checked all the errors etc then logged a file.  But I can't find it!
Attached is screen shot.

Hi Geoff

Under the setup menu > options, you'll find the setting for "Debug enable", once you deselect this, the "View Debug Logs" in large black letters will be clickable, please see below FAQ:
https://www.hexcode.co.za/products/gs-911/support/faq/how-do-i-send-my-gs911wifi-debug-logs

With your PC application, you'll click on the "Tools" drop down in the top right corner > send logs. This will prompt you for today's logs/this week's logs, please see below FAQ:

Kind regards
