For anyone interested, I submitted the 1503 file to Symantec. They agreed it is a false positive and will fix their software to white-list it. I will submit the downloader to Symantec today.

Good to hear and thank you for taking the time to do it, it is usually up to me to do that in my day job away from the GS911

I just heard back from Symantec on the GS911 Downloader. It was also a false positive and they Will fix their detection error.

An update from them around the same time also blocked docx attachments on sending email which corrected a few hours later, perhaps not their finest hour
