Gs1200 dies at idle

Hello I was wondering what tests I should be running and looking at? My bike dies at idle some times   Then it will behave for a couple weeks and do it again
It's a gs1200 2008. 25000 miles   Valve in the last 2000 miles

Hi yogi,
first there is no fault stored in BMK.
Spark plugs o.K? may be one of the ignition coils is faulty? Look for air leaks at intake side.
Real data for Lambda, long time fuel trim and position of idle steppers will help you to fix it
