At Cape Agulhas (southernmost point of Africa) this weekend.

Only tar road thus far (waiting for crash bars), but I can tell that this bike is going to be a huge success.

The local dealer brought one of these to our Club banquet. It was quite the hit. I loved the sound of the new motor, very throaty but not overly loud. He says it's much peppier than the previous model. Looks like they have a winner on their hands this time around.

I ride it mostly in "Road" mode. "Dynamiq" mode should have been named "Hooligan" mode  ;D
It's MUCH peppier than the previous CAM head.

Funny that.
Saw one today at the dealer. Was mainly interested in the engine as I am looking forward to the new Wethead RT.
Looks like a lot easier to service and far more compact.
Anyway....what, they supplying the same colour to all the dealers? LOL

It is rather nice looking isn't it.  I just hope that BMW have actually learned from their mistakes with the previous versions (and from the product recalls state side, its not looking promising) this time.

Well, at least BMW is doing recalls..  - unlike other manufacturers that leave the problems as is  ;)
