I refresh the website every week to see if there’s an update lol. Any idea when it’ll be available?

Checked the website a few days ago and it said the update would be out to public today. Now all that has disappeared. wonder what happened.

I am wondering if it has to do with the fact I got the update downloaded and installed and now my cluster is screwed! I don't know how to reset it. USA bike, tried the DRL and now my bike has all kinds of warnings and errors. Says alarm system failure and I don't have an alarm on the bike. ITs also now in ENGLISH UK settings and not English USA settings and It has menus for alarm and daytime running lights but I cannot change the settings back to how I had them. Anyone know how to revert back to the way I had it prior to trying this? I am lost!!

Update: I was able to restore to a previous backed up version, thankfully.

I also have problems after the update of the tool. First I updated the hex tool to the latest version. Then I did a complete scan of my bike, but tool says that my body controller module is not responding. The bike runs fine without any faults in the dash. I am not sure if the update is faulty or the body controller module is faulty.

The coding went wrong and luckily I was able to restore it to a previous version of the body controller module. Which is also strange because the tool kept saying that it did not get any response.

22' S1000RR, EU bike. Maybe the EU version is the problem?
Do you mean they fixed the wrong update? I will take a look at that later today. I am afraid to do the DRL coding again.

I don't know what was "fixed" all I know is there was a new software released today that had the option to enable the daytime running lights on some newer model bmw's. I updated my gs911 and then when connecting to the bike and trying to code the drl's it came back with an error and locked up. I had to restart the software and the bike and when I did it had all kinds of errors and was in UK english with menus that I never had on the bike b4. First error was "alarm system failure". I was able to restore the bike back using a previous backup and so far that fixed my bike but the DRL option will be a no go for me till they fix whatever it is. I uploaded all my Debug logs as they requested. I haven't heard back but I would figure they are looking at the logs as I am not the only person who has had an issue.

I think I managed to get the coding done. Because I have a EU bike, my bike already got the option for DRL in the menu to turn on and off the DRL but it did not function the right way thanks to BMW restrictions. First I performed the retrofit which removed the hole DRL option I already got. Then I performed another DRL coding because I was not happy at all that the first coding removed the entire option. After the second coding I went to the DRL menu and now when I enable the DRL's I can see the icon in the bottom of the screen.

I can not test it because its raining right now. I assume that the DRL is working. Am I right that you have to turn on the engine to get it work?

So, today started up the software and there was another update.. and now when I try to program DRL it ends with an error telling me it cannot program the bike due to it being in D2D mode and that it needs to be in infrastructure mode. Digging more info on that I find out that is an option for the WIFI version. I do not have the WIFI version. When reading more into that, I find out that the gs911 does not have enough onboard memory in order to execute cloud based programming. Therefore, it failed because I apparently do not have the wifi version and therefore no hex-cloud based programming abilities. Well, at least I now know !!!
