Gs911 issue 2017 s1000r [0xB7F62F]
« on: August 23, 2024, 12:38:31 AM »
New to bmw and the gs911wifi. The software did an update while it was plugged to my bike and now I have a cluster and abs issue. Cluster code is 0xB7F62F cluster unit not coded and abs code says cannot read kombi? Is there a way to reset this or do I have to go to bmw?

there are 2 types of "software" updates, GS911 firmware update & PC Application update so the first question is which one are you referring to ?, the second question is whether you were using a web browser or the PC App & the 3rd question is whether you have downloaded & installed the GS911 WiFi utility & the PC App

Neither type of update would change ECUs on the bike, they only affect reading of info from the bike so the first step is to disconnect the GS911, close the PC Application (if using it) then plug the GS911 back in & do an AutoScan again

You could also consider opening a support ticket with Hexcode to get assistance from the support team
