GS 911 Pro issue

Hello,

Made an update and had an error message after. Can't use GS 911 Pro anymore.

The message was GS 911 Diagnostics stop working.

Here is what appeared on the screen.

Thanks for the details, can you please send through your device debug logs for us to review:

You can also log a ticket with some images of what you're seeing when opening the GS-911 software again.

On occasion, we've found that the server fails to authenticate the subscription, the easiest way to rectify this would be to check for updates from the setup menu, then navigate back to Device Actionvations to authenticate your subscription. Once that's completed, the ProUnlimited subscription should reflect correctly.

I've sent through the device the logs and the serial number as asked by mail.
