cam actuator test
« on: January 30, 2024, 02:39:40 AM »
2022 BMW S1000RR

this past summer i had frequently an issue when at 9000rpm there was a slight hiccup/hesitation/misfire symptom. i got the GS911 and performed a cam actuator output test function and came up with a 'negative response from vehicle' at the end of the test. i tried resetting the cam actuator adaptations and tried again with same result. i have not been able to find in a service manual or anywhere online what this can possibly mean. before anyone mentions, no i cant and wont take it for warranty work.

Hi Fieromx3

Apologies for the delay here. Can you please send through your full autoscan to support@hexgs911.com along with uploading your debug logs for us to have a look at why your controller's reporting a negative response:

Kind regards
