80401d Tank Switch Error ?

I think I posted this earlier in the wrong place. This looks like a better location.
 My 2017 BMW R1200RT is throwing a 80401d code.(Tank Switch Error) I tried to get into the XSLX controller to trouble shoot and fix it. I can't get into the service mode for that module. So where do I go from here? Any suggestions on what I can do to fix it?

I do know that holding down the little switch doesn't eliminate the code
