no response from controller?

Hi, hoping someone can shed some light on this issue.
Connected via usb to RnineT and can perform autoscan no issue, but when attempting to do anything else such as set service date etc keep getting "no response from controller" message.
Very unusual as I've performed service resets on this very bike before and I'm having no issues with other bikes.
any help greatly appreciated

Can you perform a ECU info scan on the cluster?
What is your device serial number?

Hi, thanks for responding.
Can't do anything other than autoscan without getting error message "no response from controller"
makes no difference whether I actually perform autoscan first or not, when selecting model from list get initial error;
"Failed to read controller info; no response from controller. Do you wish to continue anyway (ABS functionality will be limited"

Is this PC App, Web app, or both?
Sounds like you should make a support ticket and supply us with debug logs.

This was with the PC app, wasn't aware of the webb app, just tried it and it's worked fine.
I'd made sure both software and firmware were up to date.
