Adjusting turn signal parameters?

I used the search to find this.
I was inquiring to see if there is any new updates. ie 2016 s1000rr to adjusting the turn signal timing

I did go to my dealer... unfortunately they said they can no longer adjust the timing.
 It is painful to consonantly have to cancel by hand

I would then consider conveying with a different BMW dealer to find out if that is indeed the case for your specific model.
Such parameters are concerning safety, and perhaps even local laws, that you must be able to adjust that accordingly.
Currently you may not be able to adjust these settings yourself but any BMW dealer with their Diagnostic machine should be able to update and set those parameters for you, IMHO.
