GS911-wifi - failed update!

Hi,

I performed an update and on reboot your device gave me a flashing red / green light and refused to do anything else either via wifi while connected to the motorcycle or via a USB to my laptop!

The update downloaded successfully it was just on the reboot it said "busy" and started a count!

Now the device refuses to do anything other than flash a red / green light.

How do I reboot or fix this issue?

The update process is download the update, reboot then unpack the contents which can take up to 5 mins, you must leave it alone while it does the unpack, during that time it initially says busy then shows % unpacked until it then says update completed.

It sounds like you did not let the process complete, it may recover if you power it up and let it finish but I would lodge a support ticket with Hexcode
