Can't reset service reminder

I can't get the service reminder to reset on my K1600 GTL I get an error "Module not of the expected type, Wrong Bike model or family selected"
Any ideas on how to fix this?

A little more info on the year model of the bike and the firmware version of the GS911 would be in order to be able to assist

Did you attempt to reset the service reminder using the PC App to see if the response was the same with it ?

It's a 2013 K1600 GTL. The firmware is at 0.254-0.150 and I was using the PC App when I tried to reset it.

OK, understood, thanks for the added info, the pic you posted is from cloud rather than PC App so I assume you tried both

Since Service reset is listed in the function chart for K1600 GTL I would lodge a support ticket with Hexcode  https://www.hexcode.co.za/contact-us-1

Didn't know I had to use the PC App, that worked! Thanks for the help.
