OK, you are simply using the WiFi utility, you need to download and install the Windows PC App, go to the downloads page to get the downloader and with the GS911 plugged into the USB port it will then allow you to download the PC App, then install it

You also have the option of using the cloud services via a web browser but install the PC App, that is a good first step
