2017 S1000R RPM limiter removal
« on: July 27, 2017, 04:32:19 PM »
Hello!  Just installed GS911 on my new 2017 S1000R.  I have 566 miles and have done the run in service myself.  I can see where the parameters are to adjust the service reminders, but I can not find anywhere to remove the RPM limit from 9000 RPM.  The option does not seem to exist anywhere.  Is it not available yet on the 2017 model, or could it be because I don't have the full 600 miles yet?  Any help greatly appreciated!

With the software we released a few weeks ago, support for the XBMSMP1 engine controller was included, however the RPM limiter removal function was not present in the release. We hope to bring support for this soon... For more info on what future releases will bring, you are welcome to view our roadmap: http://www.hexcode.co.za/products/gs-911/roadmap
