New GS911 wifi not communicating

Hello,
 I am new to this site I do hope I'm posting correctly. I have a 2010 r1200gs. I have used the gray/yellow GS911 non wifi at least six times. I bought a new computer and down loaded the GS911 downloader to the new computer. It will not recognize the interface.

Bike: 2010 R1200GS
Computer: HP w/windows10
GS911 non wifi

Again. I have successfully used this excellent product several times in the past. Any help, suggestions or advice would be highly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum timmer165 and I can see you have had a welcome to the whacky world of Win10, you will need to look at the settings for the USB port on the new PC, if you dont quickly resolve it I would suggest you lodge a support ticket with Hexcode, http://www.hexcode.co.za/contact-us-1
