Saving / Storing Fault Codes
« on: June 14, 2016, 11:03:26 AM »
Is there another way of saving / storing, except SMS-ing, the Fault Codes found on the local device before clearing them?

Copy and paste into a xl doc, put in a folder named so you can find it later

I was using my Lenovo tablet and somehow it didn't want to let me copy and paste.
And to make it worse I couldn't remember how to do a screen capture.  :D
Ps. Press and hold POWER and VOLUME DOWN buttons at the same time and hold for 2 seconds.  ;D

Wasn't even necessary to go to all that trouble!
Found the directory on the device where the Fault Codes that was read, got stored as .txt files.  ;D
