F800gs bleed brake test problem
« on: April 03, 2016, 02:31:23 PM »
Hello

Trying to figure out why I can't run the brake bleed test my f800GS. First some info.

GS-911 WiFi with updated utility and interface. Running it on a Mac OS X. I can activate things example the fan. Reset the service reminder etc. Se real-time values. So I got connection.

But when I try the bleed brake function. I see "setting valves on" for a very short moment then I hear a click from the ABS unit. Then it says "An invalid response was received from the vehicle. Please ensure that the ignition is switched on."
The ignition is switched on and I have good battery level.

Have anyone seen this problem before?

Best regards Kent

I saw another problem similar with a F800GS and cloud services here on the forum recently, suggest you log a support ticket with Hexcode

I have now finally had time to test the brake bleed test in a Windows environment. And it works without any problems at all. So the good thing it that all my equipment is working and it is an software issue.

And thanks for your input WayneC. I will for sure create a support ticket.
