Having trouble with my brand new GS-911 WIFI

I received my new unit today, was all excited to open it. I plugged it into my laptop and drivers installed quickly without any problem.
Went to the official hex site and downloaded the utility + the program
Registered my unit properly, Configured WIFI. All worked until then
But i got an error during the firmware updating, (Cannot open file 3) prompted and closed the update. Getting the same problem everytime i try again.
And when i try to open the browser or program with my android phone im getting the INDEX error saying to contact tech support.

Welcome to the forum, sorry to hear re your problems, you should open a support ticket with Hexcode http://www.hexcode.co.za/contact-us-1
You should also contact the supplier, between the two the problem will be resolved for you
The firmware update system has proved reliable but we live in a world where not every error in public networks can be guarded against and it seems you may have had one of the rare errors in the download of the update

Just an FYI that I have the same issue with a new GS911wifi. I have opened a help ticket and contacted the seller.

Hello, have the same problem and additional found an already registered item. Helpdesk answered quickly to return the unit to the seller for checking all parameter.
what was the solution with your item?

The same as yours. I contacted the seller and have sent it back to them for repair or replacement.
