Yes lodge the support ticket now so Hexcode are aware and also let the retailer you purchased it from know before you do anything else

Is there a resolution to this?  Mine is now a brick.

There is nothing you can do with the unit.  Contact support and they will have you send it back for replacement.. assuming it's under warranty. Never the less, contact Hexcode directly.
