Is there a way to upload the software onto a pad with Win NT OS? I was not sure if it would back door thru an email upload or if there is a more direct approach..

USB and Win NT don't go together. It didn't exist when NT was around. I doubt the software would even run even if you could get USB to work.

I think the question is really about Windows RT. It would fit much, much better with the description of running on a "pad" in the opening post... ;)

Windows RT is the Win 8 variant (or rather lookalike) for mobile (or semi-mobile) hardware with ARM CPU.

Thank you Xchallenge!
I hope you stopped this (at times) almost insulting line of replies.

Windows 8 RT!
We have a few unused pads or net tablets at work- I think I can find one with Windows 8 RT installed.
No promises but will check. If so I will try install the GS911 software.
More info tomorrow.

If the Far Rider (Hidalgo??) is indeed talking about Windows RT - GS-911 does not work on this ARM based version of Windows 8.

It DOES however work on full Windows 8 tablets (like the Microsoft Surface Pro).
