GS-911wifi won’t connect

Hi all I can't get my GS-911wifi to connect to my laptop, the up addresses don't match up, the GS-911wifi just beeps 3 times then stops then starts again, this is constant, it did connect and I tried to update but  I keep getting a message saying folder 3 won't open
