Seat heating on 1200Rt DOHC not working

If the seat heating signal does not appear in the software, does this means that the switch is faulty?
I can see all other functions coming in when switching, the phrase heating on/off is available, but it will no longer switch on (also not on the screen)
Grip heating is working ok
