Is there an anticipated release date for software that resolves the issue and if so when is that date?  If the date is unknown knowing that would be appreciated.

I'm not with Hexcode, I'm just another customer but an answer was given in this thread only 5 days ago:

...We are currently working on supporting the engine controller, but no release date has been set yet.
