Error on trying to update computer app and also always busy when trying to updat

When I try to update the application from my computer I get error trying to connect to server " failed to connect to server :server error (400) "    Separately -   when I have the GS911 linked to my phone thru wifi and the GS911 plugged into my computer with the usb cord I try to update and I always get a busy indication . What happening with these problems ?

I suggest to send an email to our Support department at support@hexcode.co.za so that they can investigate. Also remember to provide your GS-911wifi serial number in the email.
