Transfer of diagnostic software

I've just bought a S1000RR Gen 1  11 plate and have the oppertunity to buy the GS911 tool of the previous owner.  The software is registered to his computer, can i transfer it to my computer and if so how?

The registration is linked to the GS-911 itself, meaning you can re-register the device and use on any supported platform of your choosing.
