GS-911 WIFI and service functionality

I've just bought a GS-911 WIFI and cannot get into the service functionality mode. I cannot find where I would register my bike VIN which is probably part of the problem.

I have downloaded GS-911wifi Utility for Windows PC  [3.4MB] and through that I've been able to look at details on my bike such as fault codes. I have also done an auto scan which comes up with all the information about my bike including the VIN. Tried all sorts to no avail. Any thoughts.

You use service functionality with the PC application using the USB connection, the WiFi interface is only for the emergency functions

I had only downloaded the GS-911 wifi launcher,  GS-911wifi Utility for Windows PC  [3.4MB], and last night I also loaded the GS-911 downloader. This is now looking more promising and I will be trying it out later. :)

Tried it out today with a laptop and iphone and all is working fine

Good to hear, make sure the GS911 WiFi firmware is updated using either the WiFi interface or the Launcher
