Having an issue Connecting my HexGS911wifi to 2015 BMW R1200RT via 10-in connector beneath passenger seat, hex device does not want to fully seat and lock-on. Any issues I should be aware of ?

That is not the diagnostic port that is for the top box connection

The diagnostic port is located next to the battery
