Server error

Hi all.. newbie here.. I have used my 911 on my GS last month and all was well.. but today all I get is cannot connect to cloud server when I try to get into service functions.. does the server go down a lot?

It is rare for Hexcode cloud servers to go down, look at your device configuration & use the network test in WiFi menu to see if communications to your network & cloud are operational & see what the response time from loud is
