Is it possible to recalibrate the tire pressure sensors possibly using the GS-911?
My displayed tire pressures are always 2 lb psi to low!

No, you cannot calibrate the tpms with the GS911.  What I have done is the following, but you will need a "Wake-up" tool.

Deflate the tyres completely. ie remove the valves.  Leave them deflated overnight so that the sensors go to sleep.

Replace the valves in the morning and wake the sensors up.  Now inflate the tyres to the desired pressure.  Tpms should now read relatively accurately.

I don't know what model BMW you have, but on my 2007 R1200ST the displayed tire pressures are corrected to 20C (68F), so they almost never agree with my tire pressure gauge.

all TPMS have a built in lie to make the normal pressure changes with tyre temps display in a more stable manner - they all do this by sending out 3 data sets. pressure, temp and battery status,

occasionally the sensor or the vehicle electrics are updated to "improve things"

as a bonus safety feature or to test your riding style, turn on the option to display the tyre temps as another menu to toggle through  (its there on all of them except so I'm informed on 2013 onward K1600s)
