My GS-911 wi-fi doesn't get connected to one of my BMWs

Hi. My GS-911 wi-fi is supposed to be hooked up to both of my bikes but it only connects to one. I'm referring to the hardware 10 pin socket that doesn't connect to GS-911. Bikes are 2009 R1200RT and 2015 R1200RT LC. No problem with the 2009. Here are pictures of both motorcycle sockets and GS-911. In my opinion, it can't connect because the 2015 bike's socket has that top tag marked with a blue arrow that should be on the right side like it is on the 2009 bike's socket. That way it doesn't let the GS-911 step into the socket. The other picture shows the list of BMW bikes that are compatible to my GS-911. Does any of you have a bike with the same socket like my 2015 bike and has and found a way to make it work?

CASE SOLVED

I sent an Email to customer service and was told the 10 pin socket under the 2015 R1200RT seat is not where I need to connect the GS-911. The one I need is located behind that side panel on the right side of the bike under the seat. Thank you all
