Update to support 21 R1250 RT with TFT

 I am not able to reset the service reminder or other functions. Is there an update coming to allow for this? I hear there is beta software that will do it but not sure  where I can find it.

It has been updated to support the 21 R1250 GSA with TFT, I assume the same goes for the RT with TFT.

Had problems with mine and the update fixed it. Has worked flawlessly since.

It sounds like you are using the old legacy app (2104.1), which does not support the 2021 RT, you'll need to update to the latest GS-911 Diagnostics app, which is available on our downloads page below:

If you're using Mac or mobile, please contact us with a full autoscan of your bike. You should be on the latest version of the web app by default, as it prompts you to update as soon as you connect:
