Front tyre pressure sensor

Is it possible to reset a tyre pressure sensor fault with the GS911. Original sensor was damaged when fitting new tyre, have fitted new sensor myself. In the BMW manual it says you have to register the sensor with the control unit can it be done with the GS 911 unit.

Yes Mick

The new sensor would have had the ID printed on a sticker on the unit.

Go to the "Tyre Pressure Monitor" function.

Then select "Tyre Pressure Sensor Learning"

Then select "Advanced" at the bottom of the list.

Select the wheel that the sensor is fitted to.

In the space provided alongside "Enter sensor ID to be written:" enter the ID number on the sticker.

Click "Write sensor ID"

Voila, all done!

The sticker looks like this:
