Trouble downloading to pc

Hi, ive just received my gs911 but am having trouble downloading the software, ive emailed support but they are not in till monday and i was hoping to try it out this weekend, it has downloaded up to the point where it asks to test, then i get an error, "Test failed, failed to download firmware from server, could not resolve proxy server. please insure you have a working internet connection", i do have a working wi fi connection, any ideas, thanks

ive cracked it, for anyone else having this error message, i unchecked the proxy server box in the lan settings in control box
