R 1250 RT Issues with GS-911

Hi All,

I have just taken delivery of my 2024 R 1250 RT Triple Black. I have registered this new VIN on my GS-911 Wifi, and have tried to enable to Sports mode as well as changing the Startup Screen. Despite the confirmation from the app on my iPhone that they changes were saved successfully, the changes don't seem to have been implemented on the bike except a new additional item I the menu called "core", but I am not able to get into this option (disabled).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
