Yellow Connector not working.

Hi all,

I have an older yellow connector and it isn't connecting to my bike (2012 S1000RR) or the internet.  I open the GS911 program and it tries to connect to the sever and just stalls out and I would need to force close the program.  I have turned off my vpn and anti-virus programs.  When I open the program, it says the application is more than a year old and check for updates.  When I connect it to my bike, it doesn't register the voltage or anything.  the red light on the bottom right would change to green then back to red again.  Any other tips??  The program is running GS-911 Legacy Version 2301.1

The yellow GS911 is more than just a connector, it is the OBDII to USB interface

Did the GS911 & PC Application previously work diagnosing your bike ?

It is normal for the old legacy PC app to detect it is more than a year old, it will still work correctly so simply cancel when it prompts to look on line for updates

You could also separately download & install the new GS911 Diagnostics Application

Yes it used to work before.  I was able to reset the service reminder and all that.  The basic problem is that the program is not responding properly.  Also I'm running windows 10 if that has anything to do with it.  I have already sent an email to support@hexinnovate.com but have not received any response.
