Have the gs911 problems been resolved with the latest update?
« on: December 28, 2024, 08:40:19 PM »
Hello friends and moderators, in the past, we have encountered problems such as screen coding corruption, headlight coding corruption while coding cruise light, has any fix been made to these problems in the latest gs911 update? Because for now, we are hesitant to do M sport screen and a few codings.

Hi Phantom044

Have you logged any coding failures with our support team? We have had very few experiences with coding issues and the restore functionality in case something goes wrong, is really robust. If you ever experience failures with coding, please upload your debug logs and send us a mail on support@hexinnovate.com so that we can review the case. It could be a strange bug that needs to be resolved, but most likely it's just a lost internet connection. In these cases, the backup is created prior to coding and can be accessed to restore the coding of the controller.

We made some coding improvements in the June/July release this year, but no changes to this in the latest update.

Kind regards
Ruan

Thank you for your answer Ruan. Does the gs911 automatically backup before coding? Also, if you could publish a video tutorial explaining how to do debug logs, it would be great for us.
