GS-911 usb not recognized

Just purchased GS-911 usb . I not able to connect to gs-911. I have downloaded .exe file and downloader. I'm using MacBook Pro running Windows 11. I get a message off ; can not connect to GS-911. contact author. What am I missing?

You need to check that the GS-911 USB device is linked to your MacBook Pro in the correct manner. And try connecting the device to a variety of USB ports while using a USB cable that is known to be of high quality soccer skills world cup

GS-911 PC application version 1711.3 does not currently include these drivers, so for customers installing the software for the first time on a PC, it will uninstall newly certified drivers. . If this happens, the GS-911 Downloader can be relaunched to reinstall the certified driver.
