R1250 GSA Disable eCall module
« on: July 09, 2022, 05:33:04 PM »
Hi,

As this is my first post, I'm Hugo, a Dutchman living in Ivory Coast. Current bikes: R1250 GSA, R1200GSA, R1200RT, 1976 Suzuki GT750

Being green on GS-911, I have an R1250 GSA with a faulty TPM E-call module. I do not need the functions provided with this feature, as I am in Ivory Coast and service is not supported here anyway. I know it should be possible to eliminate this function (and the module) entirely, but I'm not sure about the correct procedure to follow with the GS-911.

Any ideas on how to do this, please?

Hi Hugo

Greetings from South Africa!

From your description it sounds like you're looking to remove the TPMS from your bike - currently this isn't supported yet, but we have released the function for the older K024 bikes and are now actively looking at the K001 bikes as well. Naturally, this will take some time to confirm and once done, develop and test, and from here we'll be able to implement it to the release version of the software. Keep an eye on our news and roadmap sections on the website to stay up to date:
