This theory based, that even  after 13000rpm engine goes some power and continues to spin on kinetic energy and by switching gear  you breake it off

Sure the bike keeps accelerating.
But break it off by quickshifting ? Thats a few miliseconds, and then continue accelerating with more power.

Optimum shift points are based on the torque curve and gear ratios, not the power curve.  An online search of "optimum shift points" will yield several good articles.  Here's one:

Is there any update to set the fan on temp ?
I’ve seen someone on Instagram setting their own temp setting.

This feature would be amazing to adjust
